How To Sell To Us -- Here's What You Do:
Call us at (770) 889-2166, email us at sales@galaxymusicusa.com, or fax us at (770) 889-2146 and tell us what you have and how we can get in touch with you if you are using fax or email.
More often than not, we'll ask you to bring your gear to the store before we make you an offer. Remember to bring power supplies, accessories, cases, and owner's manuals if you have them.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Most of the time. Call us toll-free at 1-800-653-GEAR, or locally in Georgia at (770) 889-2166. We will discuss your item(s) and give you a trade value. Make sure you give an accurate representation of your item to us. If you tell us your guitar is mint and it has your ex-girlfriend's initials burned into it, obviously we are not going to give you the same trade value we discussed on the phone.

How To Buy From Us -- Here's What You Do:
1. How will it be shipped?
We use United Parcel Service for our ground and air transportation. If you have an account with FedEx and wish to bill the shipping to your account, we can do that also. The shipping cost is determined by where you are and how fast you want it.
2. Can you hold something while I talk to the guys in the band?
That's a tough one! Some of the stuff we sell goes within the first few hours after it has been checked and cleaned. To keep the "flow" going and keep prices low, we have to sell this stuff to the first person ready to buy, so be prepared to purchase!
3. What if I hate it when I get it?
No problem. You can return it within 24 hours of your receipt of that item. We will arrange a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling charges incurred. The merchandise must arrive to us in the exact condition it left here.
4. What if it "blows up" after I get it?
All of our stuff is covered by a 30 day parts and labor warranty. Don't worry, we will pay for the freight. We reserve the right to determine the cause of the damage. If you got mad at your singer because it took him 20 takes and drop-kicked your 4-track, obviously we are not going to pay for the repairs.
5. Do you carry new stuff?
Absolutely! We are a dealer for a great many of the top manufacturers. Get your best price from your local source, and call us!
6. How do I pay for it?
Several ways! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We'll ask you for some information to make sure that you and your credit card belong to each other. Please don't be offended; this is for your protection and ours. You can also send us certified bank funds or a money order overnight as a method of payment.
